Meet Victoria Alexitch, Founder & Principal
Victoria leads Paper Tigress with a rare blend of financial acumen and compassionate leadership. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and an MBA with a concentration in Finance, grounding her work in both technical expertise and strategic insight.
Her career spans public accounting, insurance, and over a decade as partner and co-owner of a boutique wealth management firm. After selling her stake in 2021, Victoria stepped into the role of CEO at a multi-state property management company, guiding it through a successful acquisition in 2023.
