In this webinar we will review some of the changes to charitable giving strategies since The Tax Cuts and Jobs Act of 2017. While the TCJA may have simplified the filing process for some tax payers, it also made significant changes to tax rates, deductions and credits. Some of the items that will be covered include:

  • How changes to the standard deduction has changed the game
  • Gift bunching
  • QCDs and RMDs
  • Donor Advised Funds
  • CRTs
  • Family gifting, Charitable giving & 3 Circles

Participants will learn basic concepts about charitable giving since the TCJA of 2017 and the tools and methods used to make charitable donations during an individual's lifetime.

This session eligible for 1 credit hour of Payroll, Finance, Bookkeeping and Bill Paying toward CDMM® recertification.
