Biographical Information
Nanette is Georgia’s first Certified Professional Daily Money Manager and the founder of Organized Instincts. She specializes in financial organizing and brings a unique blend of curiosity and precision to her work. Nanette is a tenacious financial anthropologist, uncovering patterns in spending and financial history to help clients better understand their finances and build stronger futures.
Originally from suburban Detroit, Nanette studied Financial Management at Clemson University, combining her analytical mindset with strong communication skills. Her education provided a broad foundation in both personal and corporate finance, encompassing tax, investments, and analysis. (She still has a soft spot for her HP12C calculator.)
Nanette launched her career through the competitive General Electric Financial Management Program and went on to hold roles in planning, commercial finance, and accounting at GE Energy. In 2005, she combined her love of structure, organization, and personal connection to start Organized Instincts.
Outside of work, Nanette enjoys equestrian life, yoga, and travel with her husband. She also taps into her creative side through coloring and appreciates any moment of calm in her active, organized world.
